PhotoShop: Orange-Teal effect
I read this article about the orange-teal effect: its a really popular filter/theme and has a really big instagram presence lately so I wanted to learn how to make it happen.

It's a subtle change because this picture had so much (blue) sky, but bringing out the orange in the bridge makes it a pretty cool contrast!
